Join us to learn about the dawning of mobile app technologies that have now gone mainstream as a tool for workforce development. The shift from device apps (the ones that stay on a device) to progressive mobile apps (the ones that access mobile web resources) is in full swing, and we may never look back.

The era of user-focused apps is here. Anyone, anywhere can use a progressive mobile app – with or without an Internet connection – and use them on all digital devices, simultaneously.

Trainers can now create content in 92+ different languages, restrict access to only a few employees, or provide access for everyone at once. Managers can get information instantly when an employee logs into an app, completes an assessment for a training, and can even have the CSV results or survey feedback on their desk-top within minutes. Employee teams can even work simultaneously from the same app from anywhere on the planet.

Mobile technologies will give us more time to focus where we need to be to be more successful. We might want to buckle up!
